As part of an employer branding initiative for the Municipality of Rotterdam’s enforcement team, I was commissioned to shoot a series of authentic portrait photographs within the organization. The goal: to showcase the people behind the uniform and highlight their dedication, diversity, and professionalism. In addition to the portraits, I created tailored social media content to boost visibility and strengthen the city's employer image — visual storytelling that connects, inspires, and attracts future talent.
